You have 3 business days to enter a listing into the MLS system from the listing agreement date. Fine: $25.00
You have 14 days to enter a picture on an existing Residential listing Fine: $10.00
(New Construction/Land and Commercial listings are exempt from the Picture rule).
Do not put personal information in the remarks section (ex: phone numbers/websites) Fine: $25.00
Listings must be filled out completely with correct information -
No square footage Fine: $25.00
Incorrect Age Fine: $25.00
No Acreage or Lot Size Fine: $25.00
Projected Closed Date is in the past Fine: $25.00
You have 7 days from the closing date to enter a listing as Sold Fine: $25.00
Section 8.7. LOCKBOXES: Lockboxes are only for use on properties listed in the MLS system. Lockboxes are NOT
an invitation to show a house. One of these six classifications can be specified on the profile sheet:
a. Call Listing Office
b. Call Listing Agent
c. Model Home Open
d. Special Instructions
e. Alarm Activated
f. Call Appointment Center
If keyboxes are used by Participants and Key Holders, the keyboxes shall be of the official type that NWMAR/RSC is
contracted for. Additional keyboxes may be installed with the official keybox, but not instead of. Violation of this rule
will result in a $500 fine for 1st offense, if not corrected after 24 hour notice. Additional violations will be fined $500
upon notification of violation to Board office.
